As the Chef of Kings Riverside Court it is my pleasure to create a menu that I can take pride in.

My mission is to give our guests a nutritional and healthy variety of menu choices that are prepared with quality products.

I am a strong supporter of locally produced meats and produce. I use only whole cuts of meat and poultry that have never been altered with any types of seasoning, preservatives or flavouring.

My soups, sauces and gravies are all made with our house made stocks and broths. At no time will I use any commercially made flavouring. This means I bring you products and creations I can be proud to serve, and you can feel comfortable eating.

I will meet the needs of our Residents with any special dietary concerns.

All of my soups, sauces, formed meat selections (i.e. hamburgers or meatloaf) contain no wheat flour. I use only potato flour and/or non-wheat starch. This small modification provides for a wider selection for my wheat sensitive guests.

No Resident will do without proper individual dietary needs.
