Q. Can I have my laundry done?

A.  Yes. Our housekeeping staff can take care of that for you. An additional cost will be assessed for this service.

Q. Do you have health care staff on site?

A.  We have an Licenced Practical Nurse on site 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm. We have a Continuing Care Assistant on site 7 days a week from 4pm to midnight.

Q. What health care service is provided?

A.  We provide a range of services; medication management & delivery, personal care, compassionate care, foot care, dietary monitoring to name a few.

Q. Is there a maintenance person on site?

A.  Yes we have a maintenance person onsite from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and on-call 24/7.

Q. Do you have security?

A.  The entrance to the facility is electronically supervised.
